👋 Hello,

I am a chemist and PhD researcher in the Materials Modeling & Design Group at the University of Crete, working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence 🤖, Chemistry 🧪 and materials science ⚛️.

My research focuses on AI for materials discovery, with particular emphasis on machine learning, representation learning, and foundation models for porous materials. I develop data-driven representations and predictive models for gas adsorption and explore generative and inverse-design approaches for discovering novel porous materials.

Beyond research, I enjoy learning about science and AI and contributing to open-source projects. Outside academia, I’m fascinated by mechanical watches and traditional menswear, especially their history, design, and craftsmanship ❤️.
